About Me
THERAPY
Sheena Edmonds, LMFT
Hi, I’m Sheena, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
I work with women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or impacted by past experiences that still show up in their day-to-day lives.
Using EMDR therapy, I help you begin to process what you’ve been carrying so you can feel more grounded, more in control, and less stuck.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and real—you don’t have to have everything figured out to start. You can show up as you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Why I Became a Therapist
I didn’t choose this work randomly—I chose it because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level.
I’ve seen how overwhelming it can feel to carry stress, anxiety, or past experiences without the right support. That understanding is what led me to become a therapist.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to work through what’s been weighing on you—without pressure or judgment.

What it’s
Sessions will provide you with the space to be understood and heard. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals.
It's important to me to provide a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and ensure that the process is collaborative. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to Therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
Let’s Get Started
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—but you don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. We can start with a free consultation where you can share what’s been going on and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit for you.
